Announcing the 2026 Tulipán US-Based Grant Recipients

August 17, 2026

Tulipán Foundation’s Art & Culture and Cultural Connection grants support individuals and nonprofit organizations in the United States working to promote Hungarian culture and connect it with new audiences. Through two annual awards, Tulipán supports cultural projects, artistic work, education, and community programs.

We are pleased to announce the 2026 Tulipán grant recipients and recognize this year’s awardees for their contributions to Hungarian culture in the United States.

Tulipán Cultural Connection Award

The Tulipán Cultural Connection Award supports U.S.-based nonprofit organizations creating opportunities to celebrate and share Hungarian culture. Grants of up to $10,000 support events, workshops, educational programs, performances, and other community projects.

The award supports organizations rooted in the Hungarian community, as well as those introducing Hungarian artists, stories, and traditions to new audiences. Projects may include presenting a Hungarian artist for the first time, launching a cultural program, or creating partnerships that bring Hungarian stories and traditions to wider audiences.

We are pleased to announce the 2026 recipients:

International Center of Photography

Fulcrum Point New Music Project

Hungarian Folklife Association

Museum of Modern Art

Tulipán Art & Culture Award
