TULIPÁN’S NEW HOME

Tulipán Foundation’s new space brings Hungarian food, art, education, and community together under one roof. At its heart is an open kitchen, reflecting its central role in Hungarian life and connecting visitors to culinary and folk traditions, as well as contemporary creative practice. Designed by Joe Serrins of Joe Serrins Architecture Studio, the former private residence has been reimagined as a warm, welcoming public space rooted in Hungarian hospitality and craftsmanship. The ground floor will house Tulipán Kitchen. The second floor will feature Tulipán Pantry alongside a flexible space for exhibitions, performances, public programs, and community events. TULIPÁN KITCHEN

Located on the ground floor, Tulipán Kitchen will be a casual café and restaurant open throughout the week. Guests can stop in for coffee and a snack, or stay for a meal featuring traditional and contemporary Hungarian dishes. The Kitchen will also host culinary events, demonstrations, and conversations exploring the ingredients, techniques, and traditions behind Hungarian cuisine.

TULIPÁN PANTRY

Tulipán Pantry will be a place to discover Hungarian food, craft, and everyday traditions through prepared foods, pantry staples, ceramics, linens, tableware, cookbooks, and other objects.
